RATLINE is in it's final days of shooting, down to pick ups and what have you. This is always my favorite part of the shoot, you know you have it in the can and now your getting all the fun shots! The pressure isn't as extreme and everyone seems to be having a better time.
Well today Eric was shooting some stills for the movie. I don't want to give to much away but these stills are going to used as sort of a documentation in the movie. And people are headless in them ... and naked. They needed more bodies so I offered up mine.
I spent the early part of my evening covered in blood, dust, cornflakes, and dead spiders ... all on a basement floor! Because I was "dead" my body was contorted all weird too. I fucking love what I do. The worst part was the cold which seems to be a common problem on this flick. The basement was very chilly and the bloody bits felt like ice ... I couldn't stop shaking! Good thing this was just for stills.
Back in October we shot at an abandon school house ... down in it's creepy boiler room! I mean this shit was straight out of Nightmare On Elm Street. So anyways my character gets rather bloody (naturally) and I have to do this part where actor Jason Christ grabs my hair. Now normally hair pullin' is no problem for me but Jason had blood all over his hands, so my hair got stuck to his hand! Having your hair ripped out does not feel good ... but I used the pain for camera and we wound up with some great stuff! After the shoot was over, I still had about a 45 min. drive home so I wanted to clean up. But there where no showers and the only running watter was ice cold. So they gave me a little pan of water and rag to clean myself with ... while I stood naked in a boiler room .... a very cold boiler room. Ah but it's all good! I wouldn't have it any other way .... okay well maybe some better heating.
